I’v been a customer of EI Kristyn and Son Construction for about 5 years now. We had a house that had been empty for about 15 years and it had to be remodeled. They took care of the bio-hazards and a bathroom was converted into a pantry and added the heating and AC duct. In addition, they did some water damage repair and other things to prevent it from happening again. Everything turned out great!
The crew was on time and they were very accommodating with the changes that had to be done at the last minute. This construction company went above and beyond and we really had a good experience with them. I would hire them again!

I was astounded by EI. Kristyn & Son Construction’s service. I had bought a two-bedroom house, and Tim did my heating and air, and also took out floors and put laminate. We have a fireplace, and found that they had shut it off, so he taught me how to take care of that. He went above and beyond what he needed to do, and that’s hard to find in this day and age. The crew was absolutely great. They were friendly and explained everything to me. They turned an old house into a beautiful little home. Our tenants love the place! I was totally satisfied with their work, and have recommended them to anyone who would listen.

EI. Kristyn & Son Construction Inc. went above and beyond. I had them renovate a rental property for me in California. They drove all the way from Washington to do the renovation. They took out a dead wall heater, and they replaced it with a cabinet. They added laminated hardwood floor, and replaced my kitchen window with a sliding glass door. They even built a deck next to the sliding glass door that leads to my backyard. They built fences around the deck also. I am completely satisfied and happy with everything they did. Now I can sit on my deck and I enjoy doing so. Their prices were fabulous. They also built access to our attic, by putting in a staircase. We no longer have to use a crawlspace to access the attic.

He did a beautiful job of terracing our very difficult slope including the removal of a stump the size of the excavator. He also made a Very useable path down to our lower lot on a steep drop. Very pleasant experience. We’d use him again in a heart beat! Also very reasonably priced.

I have never had anyone or business more professional or conscientious than Tim and his crew. It was awesome they took such care, and worked like demons to get the job done and done RIGHT. Tim left no stone unturned to make sure we were pleased. Let’s just we were not pleased, we were Ecstatic!! The entire EI Kristyn Team was great to work with. They continued to update us on the progress each day as the project went forward. The construction workers were the ultimate professionals. The price was extremely reasonable no surprise costs. I will use EI Krityn & Sons again. Don’t hesitate to trust them they exceeded my expectations. Once the deck was completed we simply set up our outdoor chairs and enjoyed our new deck knowing that the clean up was complete and the new deck was sound.
